Got this clue today from thenamelessnovel.com. The Terminal Taxi? Hmmm. The cover of book the twelfth looks like it has characters dressed as bellhops, or elevator operators. Just a few more weeks, and we'll know for sure. I'll have to borrow the car from Geoff on the 18th so I can be at the Tattered Cover to buy it.
